Emily Marden Promoted to Senior Project Manager
BDH is proud to announce Emily Marden's promotion to Senior Project Manager.
Emily is a driving force for design and leadership in the firm's workplace practice. Her expertise lies in problem solving and design execution, and she has built client relationships that outlast a single project in her 13 years with BDH. Emily serves on the board of the CoreNet Global Midwest Chapter and has been named CoreNet Service Provider of the Year.
Emily stays involved with property owners long after a space opens, taking on each new project as a building's needs change over time. Her portfolio spans corporate offices, spec suites, and tenant improvements carried out across a property owner's buildings.
The work I care about starts long before anything is designed, in the programming phase, where I get to know a client's needs in depth. When you understand both the function and the aesthetics behind the scenes, you keep the bigger picture in view and design for a greater good.
