Derek Lillo Promoted to Senior Project Manager
BDH is proud to announce Derek Lillo's promotion to Senior Project Manager.
With 22 years at BDH, Derek has risen to be an expert and leader in the firm's workplace practice. He is also an active member of MNCAR and BOMA. His expertise lies in the technical side of office projects, from square-footage analysis and building standards to the construction documentation and coordination that carry a renovation from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
Derek puts his clients first, building teams they can rely on and ensuring their goals are reflected in each detail at every phase. His portfolio includes corporate offices, full-floor remodels, office-warehouse space, and complex renovations spanning well beyond 130,000 square feet.
The part I care about most is being the person a client can call and get a straight answer. A project goes well when the team trusts each other and the client trusts us, and that is what I try to build every time.
