We're proud to share that the Schafer Richardson headquarters has been honored as the Project of the Year by Finance & Commerce.

This award celebrates the project’s thoughtful transformation of the Basset Creek Business Center into a vibrant, purpose-driven workspace that reflects Schafer Richardson’s identity and values. By relocating to a larger space across the street, the company was able to bring all team members together under one roof—fostering stronger collaboration and a more unified culture.

From a stadium seating feature that connects two floors, to a hospitality bar, wellness room, and a custom graphic wall showcasing the firm’s portfolio—every detail was designed to support well-being, connection, and community.

The result? A warm industrial space with modern touches that supports a growing team and reinforces the company’s culture in the heart of Minneapolis’ North Loop.
