Overlooking the heart of Minneapolis, the Värde Partners office provides an expansive view of the downtown skyline and nearby historic Foshay Tower from the top two floors of AT&T Tower. The open office is dotted with carefully choreographed collaborative meeting spaces, telephone rooms, and private offices; a plan reminiscent of the thousands of lakes within the interior of Minnesota, the state that is home to Värde’s global offices.
Traditional Scandinavian patterns, materials, and color are subtly referenced in contemporary forms throughout the interior of the two-story suite, paying homage to the language that influenced the company’s name. Natural light cascades through collaborative open work stations limiting the amount of artificial light. Sit-to-stand ergonomic workstations act as an innovative flexible furnishing within a regimented foot print allowing for efficient departmental expansion as the company quickly grows.
