BDH collaborated with Oppidan to design a vibrant lifestyle for the residents of The Pillars of Lakeville, a senior living community that caters to independent living, assisted living, and memory care needs. The interior spaces were thoughtfully designed to enhance the residents’ quality of life, promote social interaction, and provide areas for respite outside of their units. Among the amenities are multiple dining areas, a community room, a sky lounge, a fitness center, a parlor, a hair salon, and an inviting outdoor patio. These amenity spaces were strategically designed to serve multiple functions, allowing residents to enjoy them at various times of day. With an upscale aesthetic featuring a timeless color palette and a harmonious blend of contrasting finishes and upholsteries, the interior exudes elegance and sophistication. The seamless connection to the neighboring church and early learning center allows for intergenerational programming and fosters community engagement. The hospitality driven design and premium amenities make the transition to a new home easy and create an environment where residents feel a genuine sense of belonging.
