Meritex recently left The Firebarn and relocated across the street to the Studio at Riverplace. The move was driven by their growing team’s need for more space. Their project goals centered around creating a welcoming and comfortable work environment that shows appreciation for their staff and fosters retainment. Drawing inspiration from a masculine industrial design concept, the use of dark tones, plaid, leather, and wood elements pays homage to Meritex’s Minnesota roots while reinforcing their brand identity. The break room, complete with a kegerator and beverage bar, builds camaraderie, and the various meeting spaces elevate collaboration and employee engagement.
