Designed as a sister building to the Barnum—another multi-housing project developed by Schafer Richardson—the Lochner sought its own distinct identity. Unlike the light and bright aesthetic of the Barnum, the Lochner embraces a cozier, more brooding vibe, with rich, warm fabrics and textures that evoke the feeling of nestling up with a book on a rainy day. The Lochner’s expanded amenity package includes a community room, fitness center, game room, golf simulator, and work-from-home areas. These amenities are thoughtfully arranged into various zones with flexible seating options, allowing multiple groups to enjoy lakeside living in harmony.
