After operating out of their current building for two decades, Genz Ryan expanded into an additional 6,000 square feet and renovated their existing space. The project team aimed to design an office environment that would attract vocational students to their on-site trade school program and foster long-term commitment to the company. The new training room provides comprehensive educational opportunities for students eager to launch their careers in the HVAC industry. Essential amenities such as an elevated break room, hospitality bar, game room, and showers enhance employee well-being and contribute to recruitment and retention efforts. Additionally, a history wall showcases the family-owned company’s journey from its founding in 1950 and vibrant pops of red and blue throughout the office celebrate the unmistakable Genz Ryan brand.
