Control Concepts, the market leader in the design and manufacturing of SCR power controllers, needed a building that could support their recent growth and retain existing employees. BDH designed a ground-up industrial building to accommodate both production and office functions along with future growth. The strategic layout positions enclosed offices on the glass and allows light to filter into the remaining space, bringing positive energy to the entire office staff. Collaboration areas, lounge space and the patio area support constructive teaming along with the company culture. The interior design reflects the juxtaposition of modern, high-tech design and elements that emulate old warehouses, creating an aesthetic that aligns with Control Concepts’ brand identity.
