Blaine Medical Center hadn’t been updated since it was originally constructed nearly 20 years ago. BDH elevated the interior aesthetic by balancing warm wood tones with cool, earthy colors, adding decorative lighting, and placing versatile furniture in the epicenter of the common area. Additionally, natural greenery was thoughtfully interwoven throughout the soft seating, enhancing both comfort and visual appeal. By strategically relocating and opening up the stairs, their visibility improved significantly, encouraging patients to choose the stairs over the elevator—a small change that contributes to overall wellness. The updated interior design unifies the two floors, vastly improves the patient experience, and will attract new tenants into the building for years to come.
