Introducing Sheila Mozayeny-Hale as Project Executive

We are excited to introduce Sheila Mozayeny-Hale CID, IIDA as the newest addition to the BDH team! Sheila joins us as Project Executive for our workplace sector. With over 25 years of experience in commercial interior design, business development strategy, account management, and organizational leadership, Sheila brings a wealth of expertise. Her commitment to collaboration and passion for transformative design align seamlessly with our mission to create purposeful spaces that positively impact people.

The addition of the Project Executive role supports BDH's goal of strengthening our leadership and creating additional layers of expertise within the firm. The intention of this position is to foster continuity due to our recent ownership transition, while enhancing our engagement with top-tier clients and increasing project opportunities.

Sheila is a certified interior designer with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining BDH, Sheila served as Director of Interior Design at both LSE Architects and Lifetime Fitness. She is the current IIDA president, is on the board of directors for Franconia Sculpture Park and is also actively involved in MNCREW. Sheila prides herself on her personable approach to building long-standing relationships with clients, connecting with her teammates and project partners, and mentoring other designers in the industry.
