BDH Celebrates New Era of Ownership
BDH is excited to announce a milestone in firm ownership. Jill Brecount and Kim Dennis have transitioned ownership of the company to its third generation. After 10 years as partners in the firm, Joyce Stupnik, Todd Mulvihill, Beth Nordstrom, and Angela Moore have now taken full ownership.
With over three decades of exemplary company leadership, Jill and Kim have been instrumental in shaping BDH into the dynamic and award-winning firm it is today. Their commitment to excellence and creativity has not only set a high standard in the architecture and design industry but also cultivated a strong company culture. As they transition from their roles as owners, Jill and Kim will continue to contribute their invaluable design expertise and leadership to the firm's workplace and housing sectors.
"I am incredibly proud of how the firm has evolved over the years," said Jill Brecount. "This transition is a momentous landmark for BDH. Reaching the third generation of ownership is an exciting accomplishment.”
Kim Dennis added, “This new era of ownership is a testament to the firm's longevity and represents a seamless continuation of our values and vision. As I look ahead, I have the utmost confidence in the next generation of owners and am eager to see where they take BDH."
Joyce Stupnik, who has been President since 2019, is enthusiastic about the future. "We are appreciative of the immense contributions Jill and Kim have made to BDH. Their legacy is a strong foundation for our next steps, and we look forward to the value they will continue to bring to our firm. We are committed to maintaining the core values that made BDH what it is today while growing through the energy, talent, and commitment of our team members and clients."
