Company culture took a hit when Davis & Associates employees worked remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. When the pandemic subsided, they yearned for the camaraderie they missed out on during that unprecedented time. The primary challenge to rebuilding their culture: employees weren’t inspired by the existing office environment and preferred to work at home.
Following an extensive programming workshop focused on long term goals, BDH designed a fun and captivating space that enticed the employees to return to the office while also creating a product showroom. The interactive break room, kegerator, golf simulator, and collaboration areas all contribute to increased employee engagement levels and elevate the day-to-day experience for staff. More than 60 different lighting solutions are incorporated throughout the space to emphasize the wide array of product lines sold by Davis & Associates and generate a remarkable environment that reflects Davis & Associates’ primary business objective.
