After 20 years without updates, Center for Reproductive Medicine faced a critical gap: their space no longer matched the precision of the care they provide. The fourth-floor clinic needed expanded capacity, improved laboratory functionality, and environments that ease the emotional weight patients carry through treatment. The design team relocated business operations to a renovated third-floor suite, freeing 16,000 SF within the fourth-floor clinic for expanded patient care. The andrology lab was reimagined with sit-to-stand workstations and staff amenities steps away, while consistent treatment room layouts ensure practitioners never lose a moment reorienting themselves. Adjustable lighting and residential-inspired finishes help patients feel at home during vulnerable procedures. Construction proceeded in carefully sequenced phases with strict VOC controls to protect active IVF laboratories. Patients now move through a calming space designed for an emotionally intense journey, while staff gain operational efficiency to deliver attentive, precise care.
